Individual Therapy
Our individual therapists choose a specialty that they get trained and certified in so that the client can rest assured that their therapist is an expert in the area they are seeking help with. At Only-Connect, we provide a wide range of specialists to choose from, rather than a list of clinicians who are a jack of all trades. At Only-Connect our client/clinician matching algorithm works hard to pair clients with just the right fit, for a quality match from the outset of the relationship. We take into account your preferences for gender, culture, time of day, language, and area of need, in order to maximize the effectiveness of the match.

Couples Therapy
Only-Connect couples therapists have chosen couples therapy and interpersonal relationship therapy as their specialty, choosing to focus exclusively on this niche rather than all types of therapy. All of the therapists utilize Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), combined with Gottman style therapy and other evidence based treatment modalities.

Group Therapy
We offer a variety of psycho-educational, skill-based and process groups for adults age 18 and over, who can expect to find healing through their fellow group members, and the mentorship and guidance of Only-Connect co-facilitators.

We offer Testing and Evaluation for clients age 18 and older for the diagnosis of ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Postpartum Depression, personality disorders, OCD and DPDR.

Family Therapy
Family therapists provide specialized care in the areas of adult (18+) sibling reconciliation, adults and their conflicted relationships with parents, and or in laws, either as stand-alone family therapy or in conjunction with couples therapy.
