Our cancellation policy requires that you give your clinician notice 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation fees will also be charged for no-shows or showing up late to sessions.
Our goal is to not charge our clients cancellation fees. If something isn’t working, we work with our clients to figure out what is going on and how we can help you get the help you need!

All clients will have a 15 minute consultation with their clinician at the beginning of treatment to ensure that they are a good fit. After the intro call, if you feel that you and your clinician are not a good fit, do not feel ashamed! Our priority is for our clients to receive the most out of therapy and so, we encourage our clients to be open and communicate with their clinician about their therapeutic relationship. If you feel that you and your clinician are not a good fit, they can help to find you another clinician who will be a better fit or provide you with referrals to get you the care that you need.
