At Only-Connect we encourage clinicians to tap into their inner strengths in order to grow in their success as a therapist, and I love being a part of that journey. I enjoy initiating and maintaining operations that assist our clinicians in reaching their career goals. Whether it is through organizing professional development workshops, implementing innovative tools and systems, or fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, my goal is to empower our clinicians to reach their full potential.
