Nia Seda, Social Work Intern

About

I’m Nia Seda, a Social Work intern working via telehealth with individuals in the state of New York. I’ve always had a passion for helping individuals become their best selves. Advocating for the unheard and assisting individuals in their life journeys has always given me a sense of fulfillment.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, allowing growth, empathy, and trust to take place in a therapeutic setting. I want to help individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, or loss, creating an empathic space for them to explore their feelings and experiences.

I’m passionate about guiding others on their journey to growth and self-improvement and believe in the power of personal transformation.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at Long Island University.
